Many of my friends live on the ashram where they are doing beautiful healing work for humanity. Homi Satha's wife Pilla who lived at Akbar Press was gravely ill with a fever and the doctors gave her no hope to survive,,Homi went to Meherabad and told Baba...He replied..even if Pilla dies she will come to me..but make sure she gets all the treatment possible from the doctors...as soon as Homi left..Baba began having chills and fever...and when Homi arrived back at Akbar Press...he found that Pilla's fever was gone...doctors could not believe what occured! And when the news got back to Baba that Pilla's fever was gone...Baba's fever suddenly lifted and he was normal again..So another of many incidents where Meher Baba took on the suffering of others not only inwardly but outwardly, too. Bhau Kalchuri2 - Meher Nazar- mindmind - Dear Bhauji, we are so happy to see you ..looking bright and happy....thank you Beloved Baba!!! 2 weeks ago at the LA Meherabode Baba Center I hosted a meeting of reading and discussion of Lord Meher Vol3, 1925-1929 and used the back of the book's footnotes as an index to find something to read and on page 1125: Homi Satha's wife Pilla who lived at Akbar Press was gravely ill with a fever and the doctors gave her no hope to survive,, Homi went to Meherabad and told Baba...He replied.. even if Pilla dies she will come to me, but make sure she gets all the treatment possible from the doctors...as soon as Homi left.. Baba began having chills and fever...and when Homi arrived back at Akbar Press...he found that Pilla's fever was gone...doctors could not believe what occurred! And when the news got back to Baba that Pilla's fever was gone...Baba's fever suddenly lifted and he was normal again.. So another of many incidents where Meher Baba took on the suffering of others not only inwardly but outwardly, too. What a great lesson of His Infinite Compassion,,,your Lord Meher work is so dear to our hearts...and learning about Beloved Baba life can be a daily revelation!
